Pedro started his humble journey by opening his first branch in Labuan Bajo, Flores, and now Pedro is blessed to be on one of the most beautiful islands in the world, Bali and we are proud to call Ubud our home.

Pedro’s uniqueness lies in his curiosity about products and processes with the goal of customer satisfaction.

Pedro selects his raw coffee beans in detail, which are roasted using our own hot air roasting machine and carefully prepared by Pedro’s team of baristas for satisfaction.

Pedro was founded by Maredo Gustam, and through a sweet collaboration with Saski Primasari, Pedro Ubud was born. Both of them have the same taste in music and art which can be seen from the choice of interior, exterior, design, paintings, vintage style with backgrounds and personal touches from Edo and Saski.
